Founded in 1975 by Emanuele, Gaetano and Gisella Bertini Malgarini, BE-MA editrice has built upon and consolidated its experience in the sector of technical and special interest publications, basing its philosophy on the highest level of professionalism and attributing maximum importance to content. Though always concentrating on information – its core business since its inception – the company has also developed an extensive and productive network among the companies, professionals and institutions with which it collaborates.

The magazine, MODULO, with which it all began, represents the matrix to which various publishing initiatives were added as time went by, initially for specific targets in the building sector and subsequently in other spheres. To-date as many as eight thematic areas are covered: “Architecture/Building”, “Environment”, “Systems”, “Hospitality and Wellbeing”, “Graphic Arts and Packaging”, “Trends”, “Gardening and “Earth Sciences”.

At present, we publish thirty periodicals, which provide readers with a constant update on innovations and trends in the sector. In addition to these, the guides and yearbooks (designed to ensure quick, easy consultation) which summarize and complete information. The options offered by the Internet are exploited to the full by our six portals, interactive reference points guaranteeing instant access. Finally, our offer is completed by our editorial works. Over the years, we have published eight annotated collections and have launched six book series.
